The Doctor Life Program is an 8-week transformation designed to revolutionise your health and lifestyle by providing bespoke plans for nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. Week Zero: Comprehensive Health Insights
We start with a thorough assessment of your lifestyle and medical conditions, which includes an in-depth review of your daily habits, health history, and any existing medical concerns. This is followed by extensive blood tests and genetic profiling, providing essential insights into your body's current state, such as cholesterol levels, blood sugar, and other vital health indicators, and uncovering any predispositions to certain health conditions.
This detailed analysis allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your current health status, enabling us to create a personalized plan that caters to your unique needs and objectives.
Week One: Introduction to your Personalised Treatment Plan
Once we receive your results from the comprehensive health insights, we will develop and share your tailored lifestyle plan specifically for you. This plan will be meticulously crafted using your blood and genetic test results, along with other pertinent data such as your weight, blood pressure, and more. We will also consider your medical history and current lifestyle to ensure the plan aligns with your personal preferences and needs. To ensure you fully understand and are comfortable with the plan, we will schedule a 60-minute virtual consultation. During this session, we will review the plan in detail, discuss and agree on the health goals we aim to achieve, and outline the steps necessary to reach these objectives.
Weeks Two - Eight: Ongoing Monitoring and Support
Each week we will present you with a varied meal plan tailored to your preferences, needs and medical requirements. This is not a diet, in fact our belief is that you should almost always be eating more - but more of the good stuff, not the bad. In addition to the meal plan, we will also work with you on a personalised exercise plan which will consist of a weekly exercise routine to fit your fitness levels and goals, all whilst staying well within your medical limits.
Week Seven: Repeat Blood Tests
By week seven, we would expect to see the positive changes you've made during the program start to reflect in your biomarkers. Follow-up testing is conducted at home to assess improvements in key health indicators like cholesterol and glucose levels. The results are compared to initial tests to evaluate the plan's effectiveness and make any needed adjustments for further health improvements.
Week Eight: Final Review
In our concluding session, we will review the results you have observed and recorded, as well as those from the blood tests, to evaluate the physiological and psychological changes you have achieved. We will evaluate the overall progress and accomplishments throughout the 8 weeks, highlighting successes and identifying any challenges encountered. Finally, we will create a sustainable long-term strategy to preserve and further your health improvements.
Continuous Support Throughout
Dr. Ratnam and his team will be available to you throughout the programme for unlimited support via WhatsApp. Additionally, you will receive a continuous blood glucose monitor and a smartwatch, providing the team with real-time insights into your progress and health metrics.
